The vision of New Creation Christian Center was conceived into the heart of Pastor Cross J. Richard, Sr. by the Holy Spirit in June 1999. Through this vision, Pastor Richard was called to be a voice in the inner city and instructed to "Change lives by teaching people to fully trust God through His Word". Since the call, Pastor Richard has been faithful and committed to serve God by meeting the needs of His people.

With a heart for spreading the Gospel, New Creation supports missions and missionaries both locally and internationally. God has allowed us to spread His Word and love through New Creation Christian Center located in Rwanda, Africa. The work in Rwanda has increased through the help and assistance of our Pastor Emmanuel Rukera. Through this alliance, we have established eight churches throughout districts of Ruhengeri.

New Creation is a voice in the inner city. We pray without ceasing and intercede for the community. New creation is leading God's people in the way of salvation, reconciliation and faith. Our vision is to reach those who are hopeless, lost and bound and introduce them to a life filled with love and faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our goal is to bring families together by strengthening their faith in Jesus Christ.
